After receiving a hemicolectomy for stage 3 appendix cancer in 2010, I pretty much ignored IBS for 2 years. When I wanted to recover from a severe life-changing attack in winter/spring I went back to your web site to get cured. Thanks a million again. Of course I was very heavy on the insolubles.
