Mass Suicide/Genocide Not "Safe if Taken as Directed"

The sing-a-long song is not too long: "Never wanted to live forever, never wanted to die in pain."

Anyone who doesn't agree with that tune, go read a different article.

What's this all about? I got cancer. Of course I did. Both of my parents died of cancer, just like yours did. It's genetics stupid!

What's this all about? I got cancer. Of course I did. Cancer is 15% genetically induced. Cancer is not 150% genetically induced stupid!

I have read the most uplifting and depressing book. It turns out I had a choice not to get cancer. It turns out that we are just pleading to get cancer in this country.

I checked out the food in my kitchen. Keep in mind that my family thought we had become "health conscious" since my diagnosis. (We never eat fast food.) Still, my cupboards and refrigerator is full of poisons: energy gel, vitamin C (dissolvable tablets), vegetable shortening, brown sugar, white sugar, confectioner's sugar, sweetened flake coconut, chocolate chip cookies, canned garbanzo beans, chicken bouillon, apricot jam, mayonnaise, canned chicken noodle soup, canned wax beans, dry packaged soup, bread crumbs, peanut butter, clover honey, cooking spray, packaged hot cocoa mix, fish sauce, active dry yeast, non-dairy creamer, sweetened breakfast cereal, milk chocolate covered raisins, oatmeal cookies, buttermilk pancake mix, packaged gelatin dessert, vanilla extract, mirin, frozen pizza, vegetable bouillon, frozen green beans, pork tenderloin, sweet & sour pork, sourdough hoagie buns, crushed-wheat hamburger buns, frozen corn, canned ranch-style beans, pizza sauce, sports drink, beer (ale), pickles, half & half, canned spaghetti sauce, frozen cranberry juice, diet root beer, yogurt (dairy), salami (Genoa), cheddar cheese, muenster cheese, apples, unsalted butter, tortillas, red bell peppers, potatoes, chipotle mayonnaise, green taco sauce, worchestershire sauce, steak sauce, chutneys, sweet relish, strawberry jam, grated parmesan cheese, ketchup, salad dressings, pancake syrup, bar-b-q sauce.

Now, the non-poison list is shorter. (And just try making a menu here.): organic beets, probiotic capsules, yellow mustard, harissa, ginger root, frozen organic blueberries, frozen organic raspberries, frozen organic cherries, frozen organic pumpkin, soy milk, lemon, lime, free-range organic eggs, oranges, sauerkraut, organic zucchini, organic cucumber, onions, garlic, cabbage, broccoli, mushrooms, ground cloves(#1 antioxidant spice), oregano (#3, dried leaves), turmeric (#4), protein bars, reishi mushroom extract capsules, bananas, walnuts, pecan chips, dried garbanzo beans, home-made chai tea mix, jasmine rice, whole natural almonds, extra virgin olive oil, oatmeal, white vinegar, green tea, various dry spices, black pepper, cinnamon sticks, maltodextrin (stevia), baking soda, t.v.p., unsweetened powdered cocoa, dried basil leaves (#6), mustard seed (#9), cumin seed (#7), dried marjoram leaves (#10), fresh (dried) sage (#8), dried parsley flakes (#5), cinnamon (#2, ground).

We also have our list of "unknowns". Well, you get the idea.

The important book is: "Anticancer" by David Servan-Schreiber, MD, Phd. What's it all about? Antiangiogenesis and anti-inflammation. Read it BEFORE you get cancer. If you have or had cancer and don't know what to do here it is. David is living with cancer because of his research.

Feeling like a pariah is not the answer. Chili con carne is apparently not the answer. Coke (all three kinds) is not the answer.

The book is by definition not all encompassing but it is an excellent reference.

Maybe my non-malignant wife can live a long life. This book will help her.

As an example of what this book has done for us, we felt more comfortable in our bodies immediately (next day!) after switching to low glycemic sweeteners. I would not have believed it if I wouldn't have felt it with my own being.

Drink green tea. Eat turmeric. Exercise. Reduce stress.

Maybe my son will not get cancer. IT'S NOT ALL GENETICS STUPID!

Oh, I have one thing to add to the book: Get a good mattress.

You know I think many of us generally think cancer, chemo., death.

Not necessarily. Perhaps it can be cancer, nutrition, life.
